XTEND 818+ is an external mold release ageint, provide a durable semi-permanent coating.

Permits multiple releases without transfer at both ambient and elevated temperatures.

    1. DIRECTION FOR USE:
    • Surface Preparation:
      • Ensure that the surface is clean and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
    • Application:
      • Apply tp one section at a time, when working with large surface area
      • Apply a thin, uniform coating and allow the release to evaporate.
      • Do not overwork the area or continue to wipe. Simply wipe on, and allow to dry.
    • Drying Time:
      • Allow a minimum 15 minutes for each coat  to dry and cure before applying the next coat
    • Buffing:
      • NO need to buff
    • Repeat:
      • Repeat the application for 3 to 4 layers, at least 2.
    1. PRESERVE:
    • Moiture sensitive. Keep tightly sealed.
    • Minimize exposure to atmosphere.
    • Use in a well-ventilated area.
    1. APPLICATION:
    • Paint and coating.
    • Adhesives.
    •  Wax release for composite mold.
